Terms of Service

Our basic, starter package includes 5 hours of design time. This is sufficient time to create a site with 5 – 10 pages, including an online contact form. Samples of sites completed within the terms of this program are available can be viewed under our Sample Sites link at the top of this page. Additional hours, if needed, will be billed at a $30 discount from our going rate. Additional hours and requirements are quoted, and approved, prior to starting a project. Please note that almost all of our sites are completed within a 5 hour time frame. We will never run into billable time without letting you know and providing an estimate of the additional time requirements.

Your web design must be hosted on our servers.

Unless otherwise noted, your design will be provided within a content management framework allowing you to update your web site easily and quickly with no HTML or programming knowledge necessary. Of course we are always available to help with changes, updates, programming, design elements and much more.

Virtually unlimited hosting and bandwidth so you can post your documents, videos, music, etc.

You will receive hosting for your web design for one full year which is included in your package cost.

Up to 5 e-mail addresses can be provided at no cost. Special E-mail requirements may carry a small additional fee.

Domain names are available for just $10 per year and the first year is included in your package price.

Second year hosting is available for just $24 per year or $48 per year which includes a control panel for your site, backup and E-mail management. You are under no obligation to continue service with us after your first year.

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time and for any reason. In the event we terminate service and your account is paid and in good standing, your domain name will be turned over to you and any monies not allocated to your contract period will be refunded. Unlimited storage and bandwidth must be within reason and all files must be used as supporting documents for your web site.

Neither 125 Web Design or its contractors assumes any liability for the management or assignment of your passwords, emails, web content, backups or any internet related issues regardless of whether said issues were caused by you, 125 Web Design, or a 125 Web Design third party contractor.
